Blades, blade housings and accessories
Blades are made of high-quality steel and are then hardened. You are profiting from a long life span.
Thanks to this special finish the blades stand out through long tool life above the standard and are therefore decrease operational expenses. The blades can be placed in the blade housing quickly and without a tool after cleaning or grinding. An adjustment or re-setting of the blade housing is unnecessary. This saves time and prevents incorrect or not optimally mounted blades.
Blades in different diameters
A wide range of blades are offered giving you solutions for a wide range of applications. 6 different diameters in different models are available.
Straight Grinding
For classic bone cleaning or chicken thigh and pork fillet work.
Hook Version
For a general scouring, exploitation of spare meat, removing belly fat of salmons.
Flat Versions
For controlled degreasing, cutting and filleting of salmon.
Grinding with 30° or 45°
For chops, ham or degreasing skin.
Blade Housings
Are made of high-quality steel, specially coated and also stand out through very long tool life. They are reducing the operational expenses noticeably. An adjustment of the blade housing to the blades is not necessary. The blades can be placed in the housing and mounted on the handpiece without a tool. This is real time saving and prevents mistakes during blade fitting.
